Love means the gentleness of the human soul with something, and as a result, being attracted to it, and hatred means that the human soul is not gentle with something, and as a result, abhorring it. Moral motivation is the force that drives us to moral behavior. In this research, with analytical and rational method, the narrations and verses of the Holy Quran as well as moral and psychological books have been searched and materials related to this subject have been collected. Findings showed that cognition is not enough to create moral motivation, rather, emotions such as affection and abhorrence are needed, and however, love and hatred in order to create moral motivation must have circumstances such as the necessity of the two accompanying each other and their attachments to anything for the sake of God. In the end, the effects of love and hatred were expressed, including obedience to God, satisfaction with His judgment, and friendship with Him هدف پژوهش حاضر شناساندن نقش هیجان های عشق و نفرت در انگیزش اخلاقی است. در این تحقیق با روشی تحلیلی و عقلی به سراغ روایات و آیات قرآن کریم رفتیم ، همچنین در کتب دیگر اخلاقی و روانشناسی جست و جو کرده و مطالبی را در ارتباط با این موضوع گردآوری نمودیم. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که شناخت برای ایجاد انگیزش اخلاقی کافی نمی باشد و به هیجاناتی نظیر حب و بغض هم نیاز است. این مطلب به خوبی از آیات قرآن کریم و روایات استفاده می شود اما حب و بغض برای اینکه انگیزش اخلاقی را ایجاد کنند باید دارای شرایطی باشند که از آن جمله ضرورت همراهی آنها با یکدیگر و تعلق آنها به متعلقاتشان به خاطر خدا می باشد. در پایان هم آثار حب و بغض بیان شد که از آن جمله اطاعت از خدا و رضای به قضای او و انس والفت با وی می باشد. https://arq.quran.ac.ir/article_138620_1956c9e6b29d8a8c6779c7d349cbe603.pdf
