In fact, it is a victorious government that can grow the people on these three levels. Now, if it wants to achieve its goal, what axis should it base its first education program on and what plan should it have for training people in this field? In this article, based on the library method and analytical-descriptive approach, it is concluded that in order to strengthen national cohesion and resistance to foreign assaults, it is necessary for the government to focus its efforts on education based on rightness and in this regard, calling to the truth and testifying it, avoiding falsehoods, not remaining silent in the face of the oppressor, jihad as well as emigration should be the characteristics of political education. یکی از دغدغه‌های ساخت جامعه، تربیت سیاسی مردم است که لازمه آن تغیر در بینش، رفتار و انگیزش است. در حقیقت حاکمیتی پیروز است که بتواند مردم را در این سه سطح به رشد برساند. حال اگر بخواهد به هدف خود برسد باید برنامه اول تربیتی خود را بر چه محوری قرار دهد و چه برنامه‌ای برای تربیت افراد در این زمینه داشته باشد.در این مقاله بر اساس روش کتابخانه‌ای و رویکرد تحلیلی-توصیفی به این نتیجه حاصل شده است که برای داشتن جامعه عادل در داخل و مقاوم در مقابل جریانات خارجی لازم است ضمن توجه به تربیت سیاسی که از جهت بینشی سطح درک و عقلانیت مردم پرورش داده می‌شود، از جهت رفتاری افراد خود را مسئول می‌دانند و در مقابل کوتاهی‌ها و انحراف سکوت نمی‌کنند و وضع موجود را به سمت کمال تغییر می‌دهند و در جهت انگیزشی نیز خود را برای تمدن بزرگ اسلامی در سرتاسر عالم آماده می‌کنند، حاکمیت همت خود را بر تربیت حق محور قرار دهد و در این راستا دعوت و شهادت به حق، اجتناب از سخن باطل و کذب، عدم سکوت در مقابل ظالم، جهاد و هجرت باید شاخصه‌های تربیت سیاسی قرار گیرد. https://arq.quran.ac.ir/article_138621_1b5e7bc07e49cab7fcff0b1792a9fdab.pdf
