Journal Article 2022 10 28 The emergence and growth of Islamic civilization has its roots in the social<br>and political teachings derived from the Qur'anic contents. These teachings<br>are comprehensive and maximal and belong to all times. Even today, in explaining<br>the requirements of modern Islamic civilization, it is necessary for<br>thinkers and policy makers in Islamic societies to pay attention and care to<br>identify these distinctive and responsive civilizational elements that originate<br>from divine revelations.<br>This research, using a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to answer the<br>basic question, which is: What are the social and political beliefs that can<br>play a role in explaining the requirements of modern Islamic civilization from<br>the perspective of the Holy Quran? Based on the divine verses and referring<br>to the library resources, the results showed that the social teachings of the<br>Qur'an such as the recommendation for solidarity, preserving the unity of<br>the Islamic Ummah, moral orientation, and the need to achieve justice and<br>social security are educational requirements in explaining modern Islamic<br>civilization.<br>Also, by relying on the teachings of political education in the Qur’an, achievements<br>such as strengthening the spirit of self-respecting, commitment to the<br>stability of good rulers, attention to economic and industrial development, as<br>well as strengthening military and defense equipments can help in realization<br>of modern Islamic civilization. پیدایی و بالندگی تمدن اسلامی، ریشه در اساس آموزههای اجتماعی و سیاسی<br>برگرفته از مضامین قرآنی دارد. آموزههایی که جامع، حداکثری و متعلق به همه<br>زمانهاست. امروزه نیز در تبیین الزامات تمدن نوین اسلامی، اهتمام متفکران<br>و سیاستگذاران جوامع اسلامی در شناساندن این ارکان تمدن سازِ متمایز<br>و پاسخگو که منبعث از آیات الهیاند، اجتنابناپذیر و امری ضروری به نظر<br>میرسد؛ بنابراین این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی درصدد پاسخ به این سؤال اصلی<br>است که از منظر قرآن کریم، کدامیک از آموزههای اجتماعی و سیاسی میتوانند<br>در تبیین الزامات تمدن نوین اسلامی نقشآفرینی نمایند؟ به استناد آیات الهی و<br>مراجعه به منابع کتابخانهای نتایج نشان میدهد آموزههای اجتماعیِ قرآن همچون<br>تواصی به همبستگی، حفظ وحدت امت اسلامی، اخلاقمداری، لزوم حصول<br>عدالت و امنیت اجتماعی از الزامات تربیتی در تبیین تمدن نوین اسلامی محسوب<br>میگردند. همچنین با اتکا به آموزههای تربیت سیاسی در قرآن، دستاوردهایی<br>نظیر تقویت روحیه عزت طلبانه، التزام استقرار حاکمان صالح، توجه به توسعههای<br>اقتصادی و صنعتی و نیز تقویت تجهیزات نظامی و دفاعی باعث تحقق تمدن نوین<br>اسلامی خواهند شد. https://arq.quran.ac.ir/article_173853_48818a6a57288566e74bb83e65a6d9d7.pdf
