According to the recent technological changes in the world, the status of "Da'wah" (the Call) has been upgraded compared to Al-Amr bi Al-Ma’rouf (Enjoining Good); because enjoining good can only be achieved in a society where people adhere to covenants and agreements, while in today's societies, due to the "loss of identity", the social atmosphere of some people has changed, and their attachment to their homeland has decreased. Therefore, the interaction among these people takes on the aspect of Da’wah. Despite the urgent need to present the optimal model for Da’wah, less theorizing has been done in this field. In line with Islamic theorizing, inspired by the thematic interpretation approach, the author has derived from the Holy Qur'an, and through analyzing the "Verses of al-Ghurar" [which are ferequently referd to] he has achieved the optimal model for Da'wah.
The results of the research show that in the ideal model based on the Qur'an, the ideal and civilization-building interaction is only achieved if every individual who is sending the massage in society be a "Shahid" (witness) too; That is, believing in the content of the message; and be a good "listener" and "selecter" while listening to all the sayings so they can choos the best of them. Finally, in terms of the content of the message, including emotional and artistic messages, Da'wah (the call) must be placed within the framework of the principle of "Hikmat" (wisdom), and be reasonable and directed to the human intelect; through the three main words "Shahid", "Mustami" and "Hikmat" centering on the concept of "Allah", it is possible to design a model of Da'wah in people’s interactions.
