Analyzing the Harms of Performance of Government Agents based on the Qur'anic Teachings

Abstract
One of the most important problems that occur in any political system is the risks that occurs after its establishment and consolidation. For this reason, in all governments and political systems, the main concern of the people is the type of performance of the agents and the non-deviation of the government from its main course. Now, the main question of the research is: What are the risks threaten the performance of the government agents in the socio-political field from the perspective of the Qur'an? (Problem) So that by identifying and controlling the risks against the agents in the theoretical and practical fields, governments can be protected from deviations and misfunction (Objective). This study, with a content analysis approach, in the capacity of analyzing the performance of the agents of the political system at two existential levels of insight and action (functional) and taking the Holy Qur'an as a basis, using the interpretative method of Martyr Al-Sadr, presents its problems to the Qur'an and receives the answers from various holy verses. The result and conclusion of this study from the perspective of the Qur'an is that the functional risks agains the agents at the insight level are the agents' self-centeredness and their lack of a spirit of criticism, and at the functional level, there are problems such as the agents' rebellion, restriction, harassing, despising and oppressing the people of the society.
