Providing a livelihood and resocializing the lives of female heads of families who are affected or are at risk of being harmed has been investigated in sciences such as psychology and sociology, and works have been compiled in this regard; but these questions are raised: What solutions has the Qur'an, which is the "explanation of the whole thing", provided to answer the financial needs and social empowerment of this stratum of the society? Are examples and models of social and economic empowerment of female heads of the family mentioned in the Holy Quran or not? By analyzing the verses and library study of interpretive texts, it is possible to obtain the components and patterns that meet the economic and social needs of female heads of the household with the focus on "family center" and directly or indirectly, provide the field of financial and social empowerment of this stratum by men. This part can be done through a view to "strengthening the family center" and "restoring broken families" and "expanding the family network".
There are another group of Quranic solutions that can provide the social and financial empowerment of all disadvantaged stratum of the society, including female heads of families outside the family center, such as "encouraging women and family members to work and generate income", "supporting of needy people and their families by the Islamic ruler and his representative" and "family members' following of spiritual and educational instructions" are among these solutions.
